To People of the World:
During the past 62 years under the Chinese Communist Party’s dictatorship, the Civil Rights of Chinese citizens have been deprived completely. Those who fight for the Civil Rights have been suppressed and prosecuted severely. For the past few years, CCP has been using rogue, mob and gang methods to prosecute and punish all the dissidents, including right-guards who fight for the basic human rights, especially attorneys, dissidents and democracy activists. Thousands have been illegally captured, prisoned, tortured and prosecuted. We here list several the most notorious cases.
On Dec 25, 2009, Mr. Liu Xiaobo, Nobel Peace Price winner, one of the draftsmen of Chapter 08, was sentenced 11 years to prison, and his wife, Xia Liu has been illegally confined and harassed for years. On Mar 25, 2011, Mr. Liu Xianbin, founder of Democratic Party of China, was sentenced 10 years to prison after he had been in prison for more than 15 years due to his speech. On Apr 11, 2011, Mr. Zhu Yufu, democracy activist, founder of Democratic Party of China, was arrested for “inciting subversion of state power”. He was sentence 7 years to prison for “subversion of state power” on Sep 15, 1999 and framed 2 years to prison in 2007 by the government. Moreover, they made the famous attorney Mr. Gao Zhicheng missing, and haven’t told his family where he is. They deprived the freedom of the famous artist, Mr. Ai Weiwei, and never told his family the reason for his detention.
Beijing’s actions clearly indicate that they are tyrannous, ferocious and anarchic dictators who despise the basics of world’s civilization and trample the human rights and society governed by law. China’s rapid economic growth in the past 30 years is not because of the wisdom or capability of the dictators, but because of the initiatives, activeness and creativeness that Chinese people have shown during economic construction. We can not credit any achievements to the dictators. However, the majority profit of the economic growth has been embezzled by the dignitaries, and diverted to strengthen the military. The rise of China is truly the military rise. A strong military power that despises the dignity of human beings and arbitrarily tramples the human rights and law system without bottom lines is not a gospel but a disaster to all people who love freedom and democracy. The tyrannous Beijing dictators using their economic power are purchasing media and enterprises in USA and all over the world, and exporting so-called “Beijing Value” which has already created severe impact on the universal values. One day, they possibly can threat all the people in the world with their nuclear missiles and challenge world civilization. Any compromise, appeasement, and connivance inevitably will cause severe consequences to the future of human beings and the peace of the world. We believe that fighting for human rights, freedom, democracy and constitutionalism in China is not only the duty of Chinese Citizens, but also a mission of all people on the planet.
We hereby appeal to all of your people who respect the dignity of human beings, the human rights, freedom, democracy and constitutionalism, to support the Chinese Citizens fighting for human rights, freedom and democracy, to stop all the savage acts of Beijing dictators, and to appeal to your government to support the Chinese Citizens!
