first. She said in mainland China, "Party and Government"
is a special address and exists in a very high rate. Not only is
this widely used in the utterance system of the cultural of CCP, also
it has been raised to an absolute height of ideology and state
ruling. Party and Government are above people, society and laws.
The government is the party's government, it belongs to the party and
it is led by the party. Party is the synonym of leaders and
representatives in the current mainland China. Party also makes
herself like people's savior and does every sort of evil thing
including killing and corruption, etc. People cannot oppose her;
otherwise, they will be sentenced as "anti-party elements".
Many Chinese people have gotten used to it and they don't think
something is wrong here because everything is belonged to the party,
including newspaper and television. Nothing belongs to people.
President Wang
Juntao made topic speech. He said the constitutional law of the CCP
regulates citizen have the freedom of speech, publishing, organize
association, parade and rally, etc. But in the real life, citizens
can have these rights. A week ago, Xiao Yong and other more than ten
Chinese citizen showed a banner on the street of Guangzhou city to
request the state leader and government head to public their incomes
and family properties to the tax payers. The response to this legal
request for Xiao Yong and other people is the secret detention by the
government of CCP. The basis premise of political reformation is to
let citizen have the freedom speech and news. A country must let
people have the freedom of thoughts and opinions before the real
political system reformation.
President Wang
Juntao also made the ending rally speech. President Wang deemed that
three types of Chinese people agitated that China is not suitable to
carry out the democracy. The first type is the beneficiary of the
current system; another type is being propagated with poison by the
CCP for a long period and the other type is agree with the world
value and dare not express the actual thoughts.
